Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery is free for our CORE Delivery Area which includes San Marcos, TX.
Delivery is available for an additional fee to our EXTENDED Delivery Area which includes Buda, Kyle, Lockhart, New Braunfels, and Seguin, TX.
Yard Cards are delivered between 5AM and 8AM on your selected date and picked up in the same time window on the following day.

Balloon Mosaics are delivered between 8AM and 11AM on your selected date.

Our staff will choose accent pieces and letters based on the information provided by YOU! We do our best to choose items reflecting the interest/hobbies/colors listed on the order form. Specific accents and placement of individual letters are at the discretion of Party Boutique staff members. Once placed, repositioning or removal of letters is prohibited.



Cancellations made within 36 hours of the date of delivery are non-refundable. Cancellation before 36 hours of date of delivery: 50% refund. Any cancellations before 36 hours of date of delivery incurs a $25 cancellation fee.

Party Boutique reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.

A fee of $15/piece will be charged to the original client for damaged or stolen letters or accent pieces.
